The purchaser/ user indemnifies and holds the Provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website.

This site may be used to browse the content and make legitimate purchases. It may not be used to make any fraudulent purchases. This site and the content provided may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed.
We at Eco Essentials are committed to protecting privacy. All the personal information gathered on the website is used to personally identify users that subscribe to this service and will be kept strictly confidential. The information will not be sold or made available to anyone.
The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility, namely the User's personal information, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Provider and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product.
The Provider undertakes that it has taken all reasonable precautions to secure the credit card processing that is carried out to receive payment for goods sold. The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User's electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.

All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center.
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within seven business day and handed over to a courier company for delivery. Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Eco Essentials will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.
Eco Essentials will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order and will ensure that goods arrive at the User's chosen delivery address in the same good order.
Cancelled orders on the e-commerce facility will be refunded after deduction of a 10% charge for administration costs. The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider's standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.

Returns / Refund Policy
If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, you must inform Eco Essentials within 2 business day of receiving it. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you in full for the damaged or broken product.
If you decide you no longer wish to keep the products you received, we will refund or exchange the product(s) if you return the products, at your own expense, within 14 days of receiving your order. All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed.
If you receive the wrong product you must contact Eco Essentials within one business day. We will arrange to swap the ‘wrong’ product for the one actually ordered on our account.
Although seldom charged, we reserve the right to charge a 10% administration fee for returned orders should the returns process incur significant administration expenses.
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, or by bank transfer into the Provider's bank account, the details of which will be provided by the Provider. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request banking details.

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
